LUNCHTIME RESEARCH SEMINARS

The Lunchtime Seminar Series at the School offers an opportunity for staff, students and others with an interest in public health research to learn more about the research and related activity of the school. Seminars are held every Wednesday of the month, with the exception of the 1st Wednesday, in Room 305/306 (Level 3 Samuels Building) between 12pm and 1pm. Lunch is provided and no RSVP is required. If you would like more information about the Seminar Series, or if you have suggestions regarding speakers and or topics (including your own) please contact Dr Reema Harrison. QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH SEMINARS

READING GROUP ON SOCIAL STUDIES OF HEALTH
The monthly seminar series/reading group on social studies of health meets 1200–1400 on the first Monday of each month in Samuels Building, Room 241. Please contact Dr Niamh Stephenson if you would like to be included on the email list and notified of prior reading.
 
QUALITATIVE RESEARCH SEMINAR SERIES

This qualitative discussion group series, which is held on the FIRST Tuesday of every month from 9.30am-11.00am Samuels Building, Room 241 (beginning this year in May-November), is focussed around topics or themes which are a basis for discussion. It is not a classic seminar series though sometimes a guest speaker may introduce a topic with a brief presentation. Participants are invited to come and share their experiences and issues around the theme for each session.Please contact Dr Sally Nathan if if you would like to be added to the email list for meeting announcements.
