Adult accounts of organised child sexual abuse in Australia Recruitment questionnaire

My name is Michael Salter and I am a PhD student at the University of New South Wales. I am conducting research on “Adult accounts of organised child sexual abuse in Australia” and I would like to interview adults who have survived child sexual abuse involving multiple perpetrators and multiple victims.

This may include experiences such as: organised sadistic abuse, ritual abuse, the manufacture of child pornography, child prostitution, or any experience of sexual abuse involving a number of adult offenders and you and other children.

If you would like to talk about your experience of organised abuse, and how you survived, then please complete the questionnaire below and send it to me electronically, by fax, or in hard copy. The questionnaire will ask you about your current life situation and your access to care and support. This will help us both decide if the interview process is a good idea for you.
